2007 Mini Cooper S engine rebuild using better than OEM parts for high performance use and long- term reliability. Engine pulled and torn down to the bare block and then machined for a flat deck and slightly oversized pistons. Entire engine was then rebuilt from the ground up with all new bearings, studs, seals, and forged pistons, and connecting rods. Piston rings ground by hand to high boost application specs and the rest of the engine torqued to OEM standards. 9,000 miles added since rebuild in 09-2020 and thus far, has no issues.
